Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.
You will be working with a young man in his home, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested.
From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach - big or small.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.
This role is 14 hours a week and you will need to sleep over the night too.Why Join Us? What will we do?**We provide a package of benefits that make it that bit easier to be your best and we
can also support you to achieve a Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care and pursue a career that takes on more responsibility.
What will you do?
Supporting people is really important but it's not all trips out and artwork.
We also support people to take their medication, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
We're committed to being Disability Confident and we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
