You will be working with a young man in his home, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

He enjoys all kinds of sports and is very chatty and active

From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach - big or small.

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

This role is 14 hours a week and you will need to sleep over the night too.
