£40,000 - £48,000 DOE**Eclypse Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a
Registered Manager to join this small service which caters for both
nursing and residential care. They are committed to providing the highest quality care possible, they take great pride in providing tailored care and support to meet the individual needs of each resident, in a friendly, warm, welcoming andsupportive atmosphere.


We are recruiting for a Home Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the daily management of the home and to be accountable for the home's operations and activities.

Criteria

  • Previous experience in managing a care or nursing home
  • A Nursing Qualification NMC active IDEALLY but not essential
  • Proven track record with care inspectorate
  • High care standards and good attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen
**Salary range between £40,000 - £48,000 - Nurse Managers will attract higher end salary
