Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
A 'good' primary school in Middlesbrough is seeking a full-time experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have learning difficulties, behavioural problems or physical or sensory disabilities.
- Have experience working with SEN children
- Assess the individual learning needs of pupils
- Positively manage challenging behaviour
- Liaise with parents, carers and other professionals who work with the children
- Supervise activities
- Work with teachers to find bespoke and individualised child centred education to help engage the children
- Work with children in small groups and on a one to one basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
