***: This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a SAP learning content developer and trainer to join a leading company. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be assigned to a workstream on the project and aligned with a function within the company. Working collaboratively, you will help to develop, implement, and execute a learning strategy which supports users with new best-practise using SAP Ariba. You will research, design and deliver bespoke training content in a timely manner using a blended approach; including digital learning, webinars, e-learning courses and training workshops through using a variety of complementary and alternative techniques which are aligned with program objectives. You will work across teams and should have a strong cultural awareness to allow our training content and communications to be delivered to multiple regions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Helping to develop, implement and execute a learning strategy which supports users with new best practise using SAP Ariba (SLP, MDG, Third Party Risk, Buying and Invoicing)
Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach to stakeholder management, partnering with them to assess learning requirements.
Researching, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes in a timely manner using a blended approach. Including digital learning, webinars, elearning courses and training workshops through using a variety of complementary and alternative techniques, which are aligned with program objectives
Creating and maintaining digital content using eLearning authoring tools, such as Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Shorts
Collaboration with Client Services CX team, to improve End User experience.
Recording and managing accurate data in the Learning Management Systems, monitoring delegate feedback on the training sessions and enhancing training content
Facilitating and delivering training and other learning activities according to the plan, and providing support for users afterwards

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience of creating SAP Ariba training collateral (preferable)
Knowledge of SAP Ariba processes and transactions (preferable)
Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to plan, develop, and implement training via instructorled, virtual (Zoom, Teams), and elearning formats
Excellent grasp of English language and grammar, and the ability to collaborate across all levels
Experience of creating digital content using eLearning authoring tools, such as Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Shorts
Ability to research new technology/apps as required
Experience of mapping processes from technical documentation
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite
PowerPoint (including converting PPT to video), Word, Excel, etc
Strong people skills
Ability to work independently, either from home or in the office, but also have a strong teamwork ethic
