About Our Client:


Page Personnel are working with a highly successful, vibrant and forward thinking retail business, going through an exciting period of growth.

They have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.


Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Producing monthly management reports
  • Monthly and annual cost schedules
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Managing Invoice Finance
  • Invoicing
  • Cash Posting
  • Purchase and sales ledger management
  • Coding purchase invoices
  • Managing Currency transactions
  • Month end controls
  • Quarter Vat reconciliation

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience within a similar Finance role
  • Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Required
  • Good interpersonal, organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Required
  • High attention to detail
  • Required
  • Studying towards or fully AAT qualified
  • Desirable
