Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for organisation? We are looking for a skilled part-time accounts clerk to join our team.

**Position: Part-Time 25 hours per week

  • Sales Ledger Including Credit Control.**
    Responsibilities:
  • Raise all sales invoices.
  • Allocate customer payments.
  • Issue customer statements.
  • Credit control of overdue accounts.
  • Deal with customer accounts queries.
  • Set up new customers, credit check and add to credit insurance system.
  • Maintain credit insurance reports monthly as required.
  • Calculate customers monthly rebates and issue reports.
  • General office tasks as required

Qualifications:


  • Experience with accounts processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft office.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
