Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for organisation? We are looking for a skilled part-time accounts clerk to join our team.
**Position: Part-Time 25 hours per week- Sales Ledger Including Credit Control.**
Responsibilities: - Raise all sales invoices.
- Allocate customer payments.
- Issue customer statements.
- Credit control of overdue accounts.
- Deal with customer accounts queries.
- Set up new customers, credit check and add to credit insurance system.
- Maintain credit insurance reports monthly as required.
- Calculate customers monthly rebates and issue reports.
- General office tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Experience with accounts processes.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft office.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
