£20,000 - £22,800 per annum

Do you pride yourself on providing a great customer experience?


We are looking for Customer Service Officers (CSO) to join us to deliver a proactive and responsive customer service to our residents, providers and stakeholders.


Our Customer Service Officers provide a key role, acting as the point of all front of house, inbound contact and communication with the organisation, including reception and visitor liaison.

You will provide guidance, advice and where necessary signpostand assist our customers to resolve any queries, report any information, receive feedback and to take any other action required to provide a professional service and excellent customer care.


About You

You will have/be:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fastpaced environment
  • Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
  • Good IT skills and experience of the Microsoft suite of products
  • Have the ability to manage multiple cases and follow through to successful completion
Previous experience within customer facing role would be desirable.
