HR Administrator

Full Time (37h) or Part Time (25h) available

Rubery & Birmingham
A new and exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a busy school in the Rubery area.

You will also be required to work in the Birmingham Office too so ability to travel into Birmingham would be essential.

This is a minimum 12 month contract however there is potential to go permanent at the end of your contract.

Please note that this role will require you to be on site, this is
not a work from home or hybrid opportunity.


About the role:


  • Maintain HR Database, personnel files, ensuring all data and information is accurate and keeping in line with Data Protection requirements.
  • Recruitment: organise interviews, pre employment checks, requesting DBS checks, creating personnel files.
  • Staffing and Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Day to day administration
  • 3 Years in a similar role
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • High level of ICT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a Children's Home or a School would be desirable

Working Hours
Part Time considered minimum 25 hours a week

Full Time:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.


Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
