Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager in London to join an Financial Planning firm.

Our client is a highly successful Financial Planning and Asset Management firm with offices spread across the UK, supporting HNW clients.

They are now looking for a commercially strong Bid Manager who will support in the creation of world class bid managementcapability at the firm.

You'll lead in strategy, design and delivery of proposal so this opportunity is perfect for someone looking for extra responsibility and ownership.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Manage winning bids and presentations in response to opportunities
Define and develop a sales strategy to drive the bid process
Manage and optimate the end customer and internal user experience of their bid platform
Manage bid submission meetings
Manage projects and timeframes, monitoring continuously
Coaching and supporting others in the team
Support the Business Development Partner to implement the BD strategy

Skills and experience required:

Strong understanding of UK Corporate and Private Client business environment
Experience in a Bid Manager role, in commercial/professional service world
People management skills
Project management experience, working with stakeholders
