About the role


Reporting to the Branch Manager, the workshop controller will be responsible for organising a team of technicians, maximising productivity and ensuring quality and service levels are met or exceeded.

You will optimise the performance of production facilities, allocate work accordingly to skill levels optimising efficiency and labour sales and effectively manage workshop staff ensuring an efficient work schedule.

As Workshop Controller you will

  • Plan and organising workflows
  • Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams
  • Undertake quality inspections
  • Deal with customers over rework claims
  • Undertake staff reviews
  • Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales
Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance
