Fund Accountant - Interim

£350-£550 per day depending on experience


Cobalt is currently working with a leading Real Estate Fund Consultancy who are looking to add an Interim Fund Accountant to their growing team in London.


Our client is looking for a Fund Accountant to join their Finance team on an interim basis, to support in the leading of a portfolio of clients.

Focusing on the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and the successful ownership of deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation and consolidation of management accounts
  • Preparation of financial statements under IFRS/ UK GAAP
  • Reporting across a range of funds and SPVs
  • Managing monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Issuing drawdown and distribution notices
  • Stakeholder management

Requirements:


  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Audit/ working industry experience within Real Estate
  • Sound knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
