Management Accountant | Not for Profit | Warwickshire | £40,000 - £50,000

Macildowie are currently looking for a Management Accountant for an interesting opportunity at a well-established and long standing Not for Profit.

The role is based in Warwickshire and offers flexible working, a fantastic environment and work life balance.

The role is paying a £40,000 - £50,000 p/a depending on experience and is reporting into the Director of Finance and operations.

You will only expected to be in the office twice a week

The Role

Manage, coach and develop a small finance team while supporting the Head of finance and operations manage the finance function.
Build and maintain relationships with budget holders and the leadership team allowing them to effectively and efficiently manage their expenditure through effective budgeting and forecasting.
Build and maintain key relationships with external service providers such as payroll, banking providers and tax authorities.
Lead on the annual external audit ensuring that all information requested is provided in a complete and timely manner
Prepare regular management information identifying, highlighting, and driving efficiencies across the organisation

Minimum Requirements

Experience leading Management Accounting activities, leading on budgets and forecasts.
Hands on individual comfortable working with nonfinancial stakeholders
Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
