What you will do:
- Taking the output/alerting from the Operational security tools and ensuring actions are taken to address the vulnerabilities and reporting
- Triage results and findings for false/positives prior to report distribution and participate in the team oncall and triage rota
- Obtain stakeholder/management response including timeline commitment on all identified/reported vulnerabilities.
- Participate and support with compliance managements i.e. with external governing bodies and internal audits and response management
- Provide support and analysis during security incident and report compilation in conjunction with the Information Security Officer
- Performing scanning activities to find vulnerabilities
- Participate and contribute in developing and maintaining information security governance documentation including policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

What you will need:
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
- Vulnerability management and analysis experience
- Experience of industry standard vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys/Tenable)
- Experience in coordinating security and vulnerability Management programs (Regular vulnerability scans)
- Knowledge of managing processes and change management
