What you will do:

Taking the output/alerting from the Operational security tools and ensuring actions are taken to address the vulnerabilities and reporting
Triage results and findings for false/positives prior to report distribution and participate in the team oncall and triage rota
Obtain stakeholder/management response including timeline commitment on all identified/reported vulnerabilities.
Participate and support with compliance managements i.e. with external governing bodies and internal audits and response management
Provide support and analysis during security incident and report compilation in conjunction with the Information Security Officer
Performing scanning activities to find vulnerabilities
Participate and contribute in developing and maintaining information security governance documentation including policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

What you will need:

Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
Vulnerability management and analysis experience
Experience of industry standard vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys/Tenable)
Experience in coordinating security and vulnerability Management programs (Regular vulnerability scans)
Knowledge of managing processes and change management
