What You Can Expect:

Your annual salary will be £24,785.


You'll get 20 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and an additional day off for your birthday even if it falls on the weekend.

You will be part of a holiday bonus program so you will gain an additional day's holiday for each year spent at MAP for up to 5 years.

You will be able to fully recharge and enjoy the festivities with friends and family from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day, and as a bonus, you won't need to use any annual leave entitlement for this period.

There is some flexibility as to when you work but this role is full time office based.


We offer gym memberships and to further assist with having a healthy mind and body, we offer a private health plan which covers you and any dependants and can be used towards everyday medical expenses and provides 24/7 access to counselling support and a GP.

As if that wasn't enough, after one year of working at MAP you will benefit from an increased employer pension contribution of 5% to match your 5% statutory contributions.


After 5 years of working for MAP, your pension will be increased further as the employer pension contributions are increased from 5% to 10%, if you continue with your 5% contributions that's 15% going into your pension every month.

Last but by no means least, after 7 years working for MAP you will have the option to get an electric car on a business lease and a business phone contract, both of which can be used for business and personal use.

What you will be responsible for:
This is a flexible role covering all areas of office administration to help support the MAP Team. The work means you will gain a much broader and deeper understanding of how to support a modern business.


Typical Daily Activities Include:


  • Timely and efficient management of incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing worldclass customer service when answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to the MAP office
  • Arrange a welcome gift and create a welcome pack for all new clients
  • Ensuring the meeting room is set up for internal and external meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with everyday essentials from beverages to stationary
  • Supporting the Operations Director with planning and arranging repairs and updates to the office
  • Arranging and managing internal meeting appointments and providing timely summary recaps
  • Supporting in setting up and arranging the MAP quarterly development days
  • Planning and arranging MAP socials
  • Arranging team gifts for birthdays, anniversaries and ad hoc celebrations
  • Researching and booking travel and accommodation for the MAP team when required
  • Managing team training for the annual AML, Cyber Security and Xero training courses
  • Creation and circulation of key sales reports required by the heads of departments
  • Supporting the Client Co-Ordinator to cover tasks during periods of annual leave
  • Supporting the Operations Director with administr
