Here at REED we are working with our client to find someone to support within a team of 7, on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract with the opportunity to be made permanent

The role will involve day to day accounting responsibilities for 4 companies

  • Processing of all sales and purchase invoices.
  • Processing of sales transactions.
  • Journals.
  • Downloading bank statements, updating cashbooks for all companies, inputting bank transactions into Xero.
  • Bank reconciliations on Xero.
  • Processing of monthly payroll on Xero.
  • VAT Returns.
  • Prepayments/Accruals.
  • Payment runs.
  • Forecasting cashflow/supplier invoices for all companies.
  • Experience required in the accounting system, Xero.
