Here at REED we are working with our client to find someone to support within a team of 7, on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract with the opportunity to be made permanentThe role will involve day to day accounting responsibilities for 4 companies
- Processing of all sales and purchase invoices.
- Processing of sales transactions.
- Journals.
- Downloading bank statements, updating cashbooks for all companies, inputting bank transactions into Xero.
- Bank reconciliations on Xero.
- Processing of monthly payroll on Xero.
- VAT Returns.
- Prepayments/Accruals.
- Payment runs.
- Forecasting cashflow/supplier invoices for all companies.
- Experience required in the accounting system, Xero.
