We are looking for a new Spanish speaking team member who can guide clients through the project on-boarding process and beyond, ensuring that the solutions we deliver are optimized to provide a great user experience for their customers, whilst supporting daily operations and maximizing profits.

Role overview


As a Crave Customer Project Coordinator you will play an essential role in creating and maintaining a first-class customer experience for our clients and will work closely with multiple teams to ensure customer success.

You will be responsible for a diverse set of activities, which include building strong relationships with customers, ensuring the content created is engaging and easy to use, interpreting usage data to guide our clients and their customers to ensure an optimal user experience whilst driving revenues.


Your responsibilities

  • Deliver an awesome customer experience through a variety of communication channels
  • Provide proactive and reactive customer support, ensuring clients are made aware of solution benefits and best practices
  • Forge, grow and maintain customer relationships
  • Proactively resolve any customer concerns and inquiries, monitoring the tickets in our support channels
  • Become the ultimate problem solver, always thinking creatively to achieve the optimum results in collaboration with our customers and colleagues
  • Become an expert on how the Crave solution works and its daytoday usage, helping our customers understand the features and the benefits pertaining to their specific needs
  • Collaborate with all departments to assist with various projects and initiatives

Schedule:

  • 5 day working week between Monday Friday hours.
  • Shift work this role will work between the hours of exact hours will be communicated but will vary).
  • Weekend availability this role requires you to work occasional weekends. These are preplanned as part of a rota which are agreed and shared.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
