We are currently recruiting for an Online Sales Platform Co-Ordinator who has the passion to build their own empire and grow our income generation through new and innovative platforms.

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for treasure and the unusual and knows how to write a compelling sales listing.

We need someone who has good knowledge of all online selling platforms, especially eBay, and who is keen and motivated to build this important income generating platform.

Based at our Distribution Centre, our Online Sales Co-Ordinator is responsible for all aspects of our online selling mission, from chatting with our donors, researching the value of each item, writing articulate listings that attract people to buy and fulfilling all sales with timely packaging and posting.

• Take professional looking photographs to create attractive listings
• Research items thoroughly to ensure right price first time
• Create accurate and attractive listings to build sales and attract repeat buyers
• Be knowledgeable about postal costs and services
• Be responsible for accurate and timely communications with both online and face to face buyers
• Be responsible for the post & packaging of sold items
• Produce relevant sales reports as required
• Be responsible for communicating with donors contacting our Distribution Centre for collections
• Liaise with our driver to organise donor collections
• Manage the safe storage and organisation of stock inventory within the Distribution Centre
• Have an understanding of collectable, antique or unusual items
• Understand online selling platforms including eBay, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Depop
