Description
To maintain real-time data management and quality for wards and outpatient activity. To ensure basic clerical needs of the department are met on a daily basis. To provide cover for planned and unplanned leave for other Clerks in Patient Administration Services.To partake in rotations with other Clerks to ensure that all departments have administrative cover 365 days per year (including public holidays & Christmas Day ).
Partake in a Saturday working rota.Full-time
To ensure that all patients notes are filed away correctly into the Library.
The patient's notes all need to be tracked correctly on the Lorenzo (iPM) system.
The patient's notes are pulled for patient's clinic appointments and admissions
The patient's notes that can be sent offsite are weeded regularly from the library
The patient's notes have the appropriate paperwork filed ready for their clinic appointment
The patient's notes are bundled and labelled correctly to ensure delivery of the notes to the correct locations
Answering telephone requests and queries
Clinic prep - notes ready for out-patient clnics
