BANK PERSONAL ASSISTANTS REQUIRED - COME AND JOIN MY TEAM
About Me
I am a 43 year old socially active physically disabled lady, I am cheerful and friendly and like to live life to the full.
What This Role Entails:
- I'm looking for a friendly, caring Personal Assistant to come and join my existing team to help cover annual leave and sickness
Shift times would be:
- 8am 6pm (day) or 6pm 8 am (night).
I'm looking for a Bank Personal Assistant to join my existing lovely PA team, who is willing to work flexibly on a zero hour contract as and when, I will give as much notice as possible around annual leave cover as I plan my rotas weeks ahead.
I have been employing Personal Assistants for the past 10+ years.
Initially on a live-in basis pre-covid since covid over the past 18 months I have been successfully employing a team of 6 PAs on shifts.
I am extremely organised and professional. I have a calm and supportive and also an optimistic mindset.
The job role involves, personal care (hoisting, showering, assistance to eat and drink, etc) light household duties, support when out and about and assistance when attending the theatre, cinema and social events, eating out etc.
This position is in my adapted bungalow in Canterbury, Kent.
This is a PAYE position.
Monday to Friday is paid at £11.50/hour during the day, an unsociable hourly rate will be paid for late evenings and weekends at £12.00/hr, sleep in night shifts are paid at £9.50/hr and the main 4 bank holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday) will be paid at time and a half too.
P.A Requirements Needed Are As Follows:
- Happy, chatty, flexible, must be reliable and capable of taking instructions for my support needs. Good understanding of spoken and written English. The position is ideal for reliable individuals who are outgoing and eager to learn the role and help me enjoy my life. This is an ideal job also if you want work as and when, around your schedule or you gain experience within care sector or just vocational work.
You will be required to have had all your Covid Vaccines, as I am very vulnerable.
Experience not essential as I can self-direct my care and support as I am fully able to speak and communicate my needs, but some knowledge of disability awareness would be an advantage and training/shadowing shifts will be given.
This is a female only position, and is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 paragraphs 1-4.
A probationary period of 6 shifts will be required.
Interviews will be face to face and held as soon as possible.
