The role:
- Provide collegewide learner support and mentoring to students.
- To work proactively to forward the success and vision of the department.
- Ensuring a high standard of achievement through engaging and interactive sessions.
- Identifying and analysing student needs.
The person:
We are therefore seeking passionate individuals with a background in learning support and mentoring with relevant academic qualifications.
Have you got what it takes?
- An academic qualification in SEN related area is desirable.
- Proven success in an educational establishment.
- GCSE or equivalent Maths & English.
- A positive and supportive attitude to student learning and experience.

Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
