We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Expert to join our dynamic drainage company.

As a Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services, drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.

You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing initiatives and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the management team to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
Identify opportunities for product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.


Brand Management:
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image that resonates with the target audience.
Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
Monitor brand performance, conduct brand perception analysis, and make recommendations for brand enhancement.


Digital Marketing:
Drive the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and effective lead generation.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and digital marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Content Development and Marketing Collateral:
Develop compelling and engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and infographics.
Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and trade show materials, to support sales efforts.


Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and other key metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing analytics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.


Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing activities.


Requirements:

• Proven experience ( 5 + years ) in a marketing role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industry.
• Indepth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems. (OPTIONAL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and deliver impactful presentations.
• Strong creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Familiarity with the drainage industry is a plus.
