Personal Assistant to Managing Director

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner of SarahQuirk Wealth Associates.


The Practice:

SarahQuirk Wealth Associates is a goals based financial planning Practice based in Wickham. We advise on the full financial spectrum, for both individuals and small businesses. We have a client base of over 500 clients and continue to grow.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- manage the Partner's diary including organising client meetings
- make travel bookings and travel arrangements as required for the Partner
- liaise with clients and third parties in relation to the Partner's Practice
- build long lasting relationship with Partner's client base
- responsible for the activities associated with the running of a small Practice
- working with the accountant to ensure communications with them on payment of invoices and management of petty cash
- ensure timely remuneration payment to the advisers
- provide support as required


Knowledge and experience:

- previous experience in a PA/office support role, ideally in financial services or IFA Practice
- knowledge of relevant FCA regulation is desirable
- experience of setting up and maintaining systems, processes, and procedures


Skills and behaviours:

- excellent face-to-face and telephone skills

- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- broad experience of Microsoft Office
- good organisational skills
- strong attention to detail

What do we offer in return?
We offer a competitive salary for 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 1.30pm. We offer 20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
