What you'll do
As part of our small, supportive Commercial team, you'll report into our Chief Commercial Officer and manage a team of three


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong and structured leadership to our commercial team, including ongoing performance management, professional development and coaching
- (With the team) onboarding, overseeing and managing all partner relationships including lenders, credit card partners and key partners related to diversification of TotallyMoney revenue

  • Optimising revenue performance through negotiation, collaboration and joint initiatives with key partners building long term mutually viable relationships
  • Optimising revenue performance through working with internal stakeholders and departments/ squads to execute on opportunities and/or address issues
  • Overseeing, reporting on and optimising all aspects of TotallyMoney revenue performance including acquisition (by channel), commercial engagement (in particular driven by all CRM activity) and monetisation with an eye to both immediate trading performance and medium to long term 'lifetime value' being created
- (With the team) overseeing and controlling all elements of commercial operations including product listing; revenue estimation, tracking and attribution; partner reporting and reviews; and contract and due diligence processes

  • Owning and delivering a clear 'value proposition' for our lender partners which drives engagement with/ commitment to TM from lenders and supports long term mutually beneficial relationships with multiple points of value add.
  • Communicating our strategy, approach to customers, focus and growth plans effectively to partners to drive engagement and commitment to TM
  • Working alongside other senior team members to input into strategy and priorities, and define business KPIs / OKRs

Requirements:

Here's what we think you'll need to succeed in the role:

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience of initiating, developing and maximising partnerships, as well as excellent negotiation skills
  • A proven trackrecord as a commerciallyled manager, with success in leading high performance teams
  • A highly analytical and strategic mind, allowing you to play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of the company
  • A collaborative and handson approach to leadership, with the ability to build, develop, motivate and coach a high performance commercial team
  • Excellent attention to detail, whilst simultaneously keeping an eye on the bigger picture. A high level of organisation and diligence.
  • Strong numeracy skills and high level of comfort with data and statistical analysis
