Description:

Our client, a charity based near Birmingham is recruiting an Administrator to jump in and be involved in the creation and planning of events.


Key Duties:


  • Working with the founder to create new event ideas to support fundraising for the charity
  • Researching venues
  • Sourcing relevant suppliers
  • Coordinating the event in the run up and on the day
  • Assisting with marketing and advertising
  • Providing administrative support diary management
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required

Key Skills/Experience Required:


  • The desire to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A confident and professional manner
  • Bundles of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work both independently but also be part of the team
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
