Description:
- Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail?
- Self motivated, confident and creative with a love of planning events?

Our client, a charity based near Birmingham is recruiting an Administrator to jump in and be involved in the creation and planning of events.
Key Duties:
- Working with the founder to create new event ideas to support fundraising for the charity
- Researching venues
- Sourcing relevant suppliers
- Coordinating the event in the run up and on the day
- Assisting with marketing and advertising
- Providing administrative support diary management
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- The desire to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- A confident and professional manner
- Bundles of enthusiasm
- Ability to work both independently but also be part of the team
- Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
