We are recruiting for a local Truro based primary setting and are widening the search to ensure we can best support our local schools.

There are many roles with very transferable skills, and skilled workers who can add great value within a classroom.


If you are or have previously worked as a care assistant, lifeguard, sports coach, babysitter/nanny, mental health support worker, adult education tutor or tutor/student mentor - have you ever considered working in a classroom? We would love to chat with you if you may be interested in supporting young people within education.


We can offer the following:

  • Parttime supply work to fit around other commitments or job roles. 15 days per week, using an online diary to pick and choose your shifts. Working in a range of local schools in various year groups.
  • Parttime longterm positions. We can help to match you with a local primary setting who need a parttime Teaching Assistant within one of their classrooms. These positions may be 1 term up to permanent.
  • Fulltime longterm positions. Similar to the above, we can help you to find a fulltime position within a local setting.
  • Tutoring/cover supervising/exam invigilating/admin. We have a wide range of positions within schools so if any of these positions interest you, please get in touch.
We offer weekly competitive pay, support from experienced education professionals and fantastic opportunities within many local primary schools.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
