The Role

We're building an amazing team and we're looking for a hardworking and driven Retail Support Executive to support us on our journey.

The main purpose of the role is to support our Home Improvements team, the team responsible for greener lending to Tandem customers who want products that will improve the energy efficiency of their home, for example solar power or heat pumps, new boilers or new double-glazed windows.

We work with retailers who need to be onboarded and monitored properly into Tandem and our ways of working.

This is an entry-level role in the business, so if you have transferrable skills, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be working on:

  • Assist with onboarding of new retailer partners ensuring the relevant due diligence has been undertaken in line with relevant policy and procedures dealing professionally with both retailer and broker partners in timely way.
  • Assist with system set up for retail partners ensuring that testing is completed with appropriate sign off.
  • Assist with the carrying out of retailer monthly quality control checks and reporting on the same.
  • Ensure that any changes to existing retailer contracts are fully documented with the relevant variations.
  • Undertake accurate minutes and document actions for meetings and ensure that this is fully documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system for Retail partners including onboarding of new retailers, changes/variations of existing retailers.
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product & IT team seeking to find solutions thereby adding to knowledge
  • Communicate key insights and findings to internal teams such as the Home Improvements Leading (HIL) team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better management of retail partners
  • Escalate retailer risk concerns to appropriate individuals in a timely manner
  • Assist with the updating and maintenance of process & policy documentation

What we're looking for:


  • Previous experience in Intermediary risk, monitoring or Quality Assurance would be desirable but not essential
  • Experience in analysing data to draw conclusions
  • Basic excel skills
  • Have the ability to plan, organise and structure work to meet time critical deadlines
  • Showcase good analytical and evaluation skills
  • Showcase good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Have good interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate at all levels

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
