Description

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketer who can join our growing Content Team and who is an excellent communicator both in writing and verbally.

We are looking for a fast learner, who understands the basic principles of marketing, the difference between key social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.

We specialise in content creation, brand messaging, and increasing the awareness of our clients businesses, so this is a great opportunity to create content and manage some great brands within a fast moving agency.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to define target audiences/hashtagging for different products/services and create buyer personas
Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimise existing and future campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
Monitor social media activities and help create client reports of marketing activity analytics.
Proofread and qualitycheck produced work to ensure produced work is correct and following defined strategies.
Working with the Creative Team to produce content for TFA's own social marketing channels.
Attending internal and client facing meetings.

Requirements:

Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing with social media experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience conducting client and competitor research.
Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms.
Experience working with word processing and spreadsheet software e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.
