Description

Eden Brown Synergy are currently working with Lincolnshire County Council who are looking for Adult Social Worker to join the team with in Safeguarding.


Rate:
£35 per hour


Location:
Sleaford County Offices


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide statutory professional social work.
  • Embrace strengthsbased practice.
  • Assess, plan, and review care and support.
  • Mentor fellow Adult Care practitioners.
  • Collaborate across health and care sectors.
  • Autonomously manage diverse cases.
