This is an exciting opportunity to work within Client Care and Finance in the Triage Team.

CCFS is a specialist finance team primarily supporting Adult Social Care (ASC) while at the same time providing front line finance safeguarding services and support directly to service users.

You will be providing assistance to service users to maximise their benefit entitlement.

You will gain understanding in how to advise individual circumstances about how best to support.


You will arrange appointments for visiting officers to visit service users in their own home, so that financial assessments can be made.


To carry out this role, you will need excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a team with a desire to help service users access funding within the adult social care sector.
