An exciting opportunity for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Facilitator to support the EDI and Anti-Racism Hub Teams.

The EDI Facilitator will assist the People and Culture directorate with the general facilitation and project/programme coordination of the Inclusion portfolio.
In addition, as a member of the Inclusion Team within the directorate, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing support to the Trust.
The EDI Facilitator will be responsible for the provision of a professional and comprehensive support service, including project management support for a range of EDI activities.
The EDI Facilitator will report to the Anti-Racism Programme/ EDI Lead and provide support across the Inclusion portfolio, raising awareness of EDI activities and sharing good practice across the Trust.
In addition, the EDI Facilitator will provide coordination support for EDI and anti-racism communications, support to staff networks and event coordination, and EDI data analysis.
This Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator role involves supporting the EDI and Anti-Racism Teams, various activities such as meetings, workshops, and events, and producing minutes when needed.
Supporting staff networks and coordinating ED&I operational meetings are part of the responsibilities. The role involves drafting communications, promoting diversity initiatives, and attending internal and external events. Additionally, the role requires acting as a role model for compassionate and inclusive behaviours.

Organise meetings, workshops, events and engagement activities and take and produce minutes where required.
Maintain action plans, managing the tracking and following up on agreed actions to ensure actions are progressed and plans kept up-to-date.
Analyse data and produce reports, this may involve sourcing data from various systems or data input into ED&I templates or spreadsheets.
Support the Trust's staff networks as required, escalating matters to EDI Lead where necessary. Attend staff network meetings maintain action notes and feed-back to the EDI Lead.
Coordinate ED&I Operational meetings and provide Staff Networks with support in meetings and delivery of staff communications and events.
Coordinate staff engagement and arrange meetings and events.
Take responsibility for discrete pieces of work within ED&I, including reviewing policies and developing toolkits.
Coordinate and draft regular communications relating to ED&I for both ED&I groups and networks within the Trust and all employees and volunteers.
Attend internal and external events in person at any of the Trust's sites, from time-to-time, to support specific launches, events and training delivery.
Act as a role model at all times for compassionate, inclusive behaviours and uphold the Trust's Values in all interactions.
