Here at Tradewind we are working with a special education needs school in Wembley who are looking to recruit 5 new teaching assistants to start in January.

The school has 140 young people on roll across age groups 4yrs - 16yrs and is a provision for varyingtypes of special education needs and disabilities usually within the moderate range, many of whom have additional complex needs including autism.

The successful teaching assistant applicants do not necessarily need experience, however a passion to work withinthe SEND education sector is paramount.

Full 'on-the-job' training will be provided as well as certifiable CPD based on working within this type of provision.


This position is a truly rewarding job whereby the successful teaching assistant applicants will have the daily opportunity to help these children enjoy school and give them every opportunity for a successful education.


  • You will need proof of right to work in the UK
  • Ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Available full time (term time only), Mon to Friday,
