**Head of RevOps
**Ambitious, hands-on Salesforce professional required to take up the role of Head of RevOps at an exciting Series A funded SaaS start-up

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to drive the transformation of revenue operations within a SaaS business that is set to grow and scale rapidly.

This business has an impressive client portfolio and is disrupting a market worth £30 billion, with a vision to be the global leader in its category.

As Head of Revenue Operations you will aim to put data at the heart of how decisions are made at this business.

To do this you will be responsible for the greenfield implementation of Salesforce, configuring and building the platform to create a world-classrevenue/sales operations engine.

You will capture full data across the 360 customer journey, will design and roll out dashboards, and will provide insights and reporting that will set the teams in sales, CS, marketing, product and leadership up for success.

Reporting into the CEO, this role will see you contribute on a strategic level, helping to drive continued improvements and efficiencies in sales and marketing processes and business performance.

Ultimately, this individual contributor role will have a massiveimpact on the commercial teams and overall success of the business as a whole.

To be considered you will bring a proven track record of contributing to an impactful and world-class RevOps function.

You will be comfortable working with data to produce insights and analysis that have impacted the commercial performance of a business andwill have engineered new processes that have had a positive impact to the sales and commercial teams operations.

You will ideally have experience in creating long term strategic plans and delivering initiatives focused on sales process improvement oroperationalefficiency and you must have strong experience of Salesforce at a technical, hands-on level:


  • Strong experience in driving improvements/transforming a RevOps engine
  • Excellent hands on skills in the implementation, configuration and build of Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
  • Good understanding of impactful KPIs and an ability to develop dashboards and reporting
  • Exposure to SaaS MRR forecasting
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills


This critical role could be perfect for someone with strong Salesforce skills who is either running RevOps already or looking to step up into their first 'Head of' RevOps role.

Based in London, this is a hybrid role where you can expect to be in the office 2-3 days per week and there will be some occasional international travel.

An excellent salary is on offer from £90,000 to £120,000 plus share options, 25 days holiday and pension.
