Belfast, City Centre area
Salary:
£22, 662
Hours: 38.3 hours per week - 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday.
Shift Patterns:
Rotating shift patterns
Full Time + Permanent, remote WFH after 12 weeks training onsite

What you'll be doing as a customer service representative:
Taking inbound enquiry calls from banking customers.
Customers will be calling for a number of reasons ranging from lost cards to balance and transfer requests as some example.
A successful customer service representative will need:
- Full flexibilityMonday
- Sunday 8am until 10pm
- Passion for customer service
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build rapport
- Good listening skills
- Quicker learner
- Live or can commute to the Belfast town centre area for the first 12 weeks
- Computer literacy
