Position Overview:


We are seeking a passionate and driven SEND Recruitment Consultant who is eager to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults facing SEND and mental health challenges.

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting the right individuals with the appropriate SEND and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) experience to join our dedicated workforce.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to SEND and SEMH recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the SEND or SEMH sector.
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of SEND and SEMH needs, challenges, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented approach, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and young adults with SEND and mental health difficulties.
  • Relevant qualifications in recruitment, HR, education, or related fields are advantageous.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
