Flamingo Marketing Strategies was founded in June 2019 and has grown from a back-bedroom startup into a budding team of six, working from an office with scenic views just outside Leamington Spa.

We are now looking for highly-skilled graphic designer and content executive to join us in creating informative and high-impact content for our many clients whose marketing activities we are responsible for.

About us

As a Creative Design Executive you will need to excel at:

• Graphic design using Adobe suite (for web and print)
• Creating imagery using tools such as canva
• Social Media management
• Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks/client work at once (able to prioritise tasks effectively under challenging and often competing deadlines)
• Working as part of a team and used to having to run things by senior members of the team

As a Creative Design Executive, you will need the following:

• Strong research ability (able to quickly find relevant information/content inspiration across potentially unfamiliar industries)
• Expert grasp on the English language (both written and verbal), with a keen understanding of tone of voice and how to edit content to suit particular clients
• Photography and videography
• Video editing

It would be desirable, but not necessary, if you have experience with some/all of the following:

• SEO
• PR
• Website management (WordPress)

Our website is built on WordPress, as are a number of our clients'. We use Infusionsoft by Keap as our CRM so if you have experience with this, please let us know in your cover letter


We are looking for a Creative Content Executive with the following experience:

• 2+ years working as a graphic designer or within a marketing role that encompasses design work
• Marketing degree or equivalent (such as graphic design)
• Strong written English with a passion for writing and a keen eye for detail
• Ideally have some marketing experience (predominantly B2B)
• Reading and amending your own written work and the work of others as a quality check

• Contract: Fulltime, permanent 6month probation period
