Paid Social Specialist - E-commerce - Leeds, Office based

A leading E-commerce company based in the heart of Leeds is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to deliver execution aligned with the overall strategy, driving growth and efficiency through Performance Marketing.

The position would ideally suit someone who lovesbeing apart of a team and works well with other colleagues. Office based Monday - Friday.
As the Paid Social specialist, you will be responsible for:

Effectively manage paid social acquisition campaigns globally; ensuring ongoing and prompt optimization is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance
Copywriting, optimizing adverts
Responsible for Facebook, google, tik tok ads and other social media platforms
Analyse large data sets to deep dive into campaign performance and generate learnings
Execute tests and provide input to the optimisation roadmap
Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks independently
Keep up to date with the latest trends.

The Paid Social specialist will have the following experience:

Good working experience managing (relevant experience in Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
Ideally shopify experience but not essential
Analytical thinker with the ability to optimise activity based on performance
Passionate about creativity and finding out what is the right message for each audience
Highly detailed orientated, and able to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
