High street banks only serve low-value mass market accounts, and traditional private banks only serve ultra-high-net worth, leaving an empty marketplace for the wealthy middle class whose savings range from a few hundred of thousand to a few million.

Responsibilities:

• Business development in European hedge funds, family offices, and boutique private equities who would like to have China exposure in alternative investment to expand our FX business
• Being the lead person to build the UK
• Europe to invest in China FX flow business
• Work closely with the CEO to invest the firm's proprietary capital in various funds as a fund of funds

Eligibility:

• 38 years of work experience in the fund of funds investing, hedge fund headhunters, or any relevant jobs that gives the person a lot of exposure in family offices, hedge funds, or PE firms
• Previous experience in dealing with investing in mainland China flow
• The role requires a person with strong knowledge and experience in risks associated with trading with hedge funds and mutual funds, encompassing both knowledges of the funds and all relevant products and business lines involved.
• The role requires the ability to form, defend, and enforce a risk judgment based upon an independent opinion in a context that may require a rapid conclusion under pressure.

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- previous experience in working in a small firm setup is preferred
