WHO WE ARE
We're addressing one of the world's biggest pain points.

For example, 73% of all women in full-time work want our specific solution - and are willing to pay £30/week per family member for it ON TOP of what they're currently spending on food.

We have a waitlist of >600 people, representing >£1.5 million p.a. of untapped recurring revenue. That's a valuation of £10-40 million today.

Given our market size (>£700 billion p.a. in the US alone), if all goes as well as we expect, we'll reach unicorn status in 3-5 years, and decacorn status shortly after.


ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be a
Co-Founder, using all of your passion and expertise to help us realise our unicorn/decacorn potential - and to make yourself a multi-millionaire in the process.

Initially, this will be a busy part-time hrs/week x 2-4 weeks) role to rebuild the UX flows & map for our new website and for new features in our existing mobile app, and then to provide continuing support for web and app development as it progresses with a view to launching to real paying customers in 3-4 months from now. You'll handle anything and everything related to images, illustrations, colours - and branding too

After VC funding it received (est. 6-12 months), this will transition to a full-time role. And your responsibilities will grow over time to include recruiting, overseeing, mentoring, and managing other team members.


Important note:

We've already spent 2 years and £1.2 million to develop the ground-breaking technology needed to make our proposed service possible.

Huge work has already been done, but there's lots to do.

Even though you're not joining us at the very start, you'll be a Co-Founder becuase, prior to VC funding, there will be no cash compensation, only sweat equity.

So this position won't suit everyone. You'll need to support yourself financially, while also putting your heart and soul (and nights and weekends) into this.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At least:

• Have deep expertise (>5 years) in thinking through and mapping out userstories and UX flows for mobile and web apps, and for turning those UX flows into terrific wireframes and UI.
• Have deep expertise (>5 years) building mobile and progressive app wireframes and UI using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar industry standard and for doing so in a way that makes our frontend React Native software developer's as easy as possible.
• Have glowing references.
• Have deep commitment to, and follow, best practices

Ideally:

• Be London, UK based.
• Have worldclass pedigree, with work experience at top companies.
• Be passionate about the connection between food and health
• Be in a financial position to act as a Co-Founder
