Are you an organized and computer-literate individual with a knack for customer communication? Limegreen is seeking a Scheduler and Customer Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role involves efficiently scheduling our team of engineers, liaising with customers to arrange suitable visit times, and keeping them informed about job progress.


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and coordinate engineer visits in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers to arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers.
  • Keep customers updated on job completion status.
  • Utilize job management software (training provided).
  • Manage WarmCare customer relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers in the field.

Requirements:


  • Computer literacy and organizational skills are a must.
  • Ideally, experience in the heating and plumbing industry.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn job management software.
  • Professionalism and strong communication skills.
  • Bonus: Prior experience as an engineer transitioning into an officebased role.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
