£65k-£85k per annum DOE

London (hybrid)


Our client is seeking a motivated; proven, and sales #SAVVY Commercial Director to lead growth on an exciting portfolio of offerings from one of the UK's most innovative Medtech companies.

In this role, you will have full autonomy in managing the media product;developing strategic growth plans; and sourcing partnerships to drive company revenue.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales manager within the pharmaceutical; life sciences; or medical fields, looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be identifying opportunities for new service and product development; ensuringbest in class client service and satisfaction; and developing effective and collaborative partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy plan focusing on new business acquisition and existing relationships;
  • Identify the potential value of partnerships and prioritise accordingly;
  • Leading the Commercial Division ensuring CPD, effective management and maintaining team morale;
  • Utilise sales data to pinpoint areas of strength and weakness, and act accordingly;
  • Plan and present sales pitches to stakeholders, and new and existing clients;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and exclusivity.
  • Strong managerial experience;
  • A proven record of increasing sales;
  • Robust knowledge of the lifesciences market and digital media;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • University degree (within the life sciences is desirable but not essential).
