Circa £35,000 DOE

Permanent

Nottingham - Flexible working/Hybrid

Full Time Monday - Friday


Join our client on an exciting journey to help shape the future of the East Midlands, one of the most vibrant and dynamic regions in the UK They have a unique opportunity for a highly skilled, sophisticated Administrator to take ownership of a range of Executive Assistant and project support orientated tasks.


What will the role involve?
You'll be the driving force behind the CEO's agenda, managing their diary and coordinating high profile meetings and events. You will contribute to fostering collaborations across a diverse range of partners, from local businesses to global corporations.


Additionally, you will provide vital project support to the wider team, leveraging your keen eye for detail and ability to identify areas for improvement to streamline operations and enhancing service delivery.


Duties include:


  • Providing comprehensive diary management to the CEO
  • Liaising proactively with stakeholders including senior politicians and business leaders
  • Coordinating board meetings, including agenda management, attendance and minuting
  • Organise travel and logístical arrangements for meeting and events
  • Provide wider project support including events, document creation, procurement and strategic planning
  • Update the website (training and support provided)
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in complex diary management at a senior level
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to correspond professionally and considerately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience of coordinating meetings and events
  • Strong organisational ability with proven capabilities managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to form meaningful and credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
