This Top 20 law firm are looking for an ambitious Corporate Senior Associate to join them into their highly ranked Legal 500 and Chambers department. You will work side by side with industry leading Partners, giving you a high level of exposure and clear progression.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate to join the firms highly regarded team in the Leeds City Centre office.
The Corporate team spans all of the firm's UK offices and four of the firm's overseas offices.

It provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Public Company Takeovers, Private Equity, Structured Real Estate and Professional Practices.

The team advises on the full range of both transactional and non-transactional corporate work and works with a wide range of UK and international clients.

This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development. You will handle your own caseload and work alongside the Partners on a range of complex matters. The department has a strong reputation for providing Senior Associates with a clear pathway to Partnership.


You will find a that the work is broad, varied and spans many industry sectors, making for an interesting caseload.


Requirements:


  • You will have at least 4 years PQE
  • Expertise in Corporate matters for a reputable corporate department
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Firstclass communication skills
