Description

This is a key role for a national PLC with one of their clients based in Newbury.

Your role will be to take full ownership of a multi million pound contract and own the whole P&L as well as continue relationships with key client contacts.

Client Details
This business is an international PLC and has operations across all of the UK. Many of the teams are based remotely and co-ordinate on a regional level.

You will be part of a regional team of 9 and a more localised team of 2 and have responsibilities fortwo separate contracts.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant based in Newbury will be to take ownership of a multi-million pound contract from start to finish.

In order to help you do so, you will be supported by an Accounts Assistant who will take care of thebasic day to day transactional bookkeeping freeing you up to focus on the management account packs, analysis, and working as a finance business partner.

Profile

Ideally you will have been working in an environment where you have had full responsibility for your own P&L and will be capable of working relatively autonomously.
