Description

Westdale Midlands Ltd are a thriving specialist Construction company, undertaking social housing energy efficient refurbishment works on behalf of Housing Associations & councils.

Funding for these works has been committed until 2028.

Due to the volume of work we have secured, we require an additional External Wall Insulation Inspectors to examine the stages of installation of the external wall insulation, ensuring compliance to the specification and PAS2035 standards and complete a checklist of quality standards, including taking photographic evidence of the completed works.

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections of inprocess installations and the finished works
Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards, along with the specification for the works to that property
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control measures

Experience:

Previous experience in quality inspection in the Construction Industry
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

As a dedicated specialised quality inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the deliverance of a quality scheme.

You will be responsible for conducting inspections in a timely manner, so that the next stage of works can commence, and implementing measures to improve overall quality.

Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our organisation.
