From liaising with our team of solicitors, you will understand the best match for a prospectiveclient, and work with that professional to arrange and prepare for client meetings.

You will be the first point of contact a prospective client has with the firm, responding to online enquiries and answering phone calls with warmth and sensitivity.
From liaising with our team of solicitors, you will understand the best match for a prospectiveclient, and work with that professional to arrange and prepare for client meetings.
You will welcome and accompany clients to their initial meetings with solicitors, and follow up afterwards to ensure that an instruction will result.
You will maintain relationshipsand engage with clients to ensure that they receive the best possible care and service. At all times, you will maintain immaculate records, and monitor and optimise your own KPIs. There will be other ad hoc administrative duties which will need to be undertakenand some potential project work.Profile
Qualifications/experience:
- Experience working in a clientfacing role
- Degree level education from a good university is desirable
- Legal understanding is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone Articulate and can adapt style and tone accordingly
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Good stakeholder management
- Highly organised and with a good eye for details
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Job Offer
You will work within a close knit team of professionals with excellent progression prospects and training.
You will receive a competitive salary from £28,000 and fantastic benefits including private health and dental insurance, and subsidised fitness club membership.
This role is full time and permanent.
You will be based within the St Paul's office 5 days a week and expected to work one longer shift day of 8am to 7pm, the rest are 9am to 6pm.
**You will also be expected to work one out of six weekends.
