Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of finishing the new houses to the highest standard
- Be an all round tradesman capable of all finishing tasks
- Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Be able to make lists and communicate those lost to others
- Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a construction environment
- A good eye for finishing and a desire for perfection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
Pay:
£16.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
