HR Advisor sought to join a superb Top 200 Law Firm, who take pride in nurturing staff who are both conscientious and capable.

Expert Recruits are thrilled to be supporting a leading regional law practice in their search for a HR Advisor to join their Tunbridge Wells office on a 12 month FTC.

Joining the hardworking HR team, you'll be supporting with the administration of the full employee lifecycle; recruitment & onboarding, creating all post-offer follow on recruitment paperwork.

You'll be responsible for all administration related to servingtrainees, including SRA registration, learning and development activities and more.

You'll need excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and be super organised with fantastic administration / IT skills.

Previous experience of working within a HR department is essential, ideally within a law firm. You'll need to be confidentin working to deadlines and juggling a busy workload.

Ideally, you'll be in the office no less than 2 days a week meaning no commute up to 3 days a week
