Adarga's platform, powered by natural language processing and network science technology, is currently supporting mission-critical decision-making across defence and national security in the UK (UNITED KINGDOM), as well as expanding into new sectors.

We are looking for a talented Head of Product to guide our product suite. The Head of Product will also be instrumental in leading a group of Product Managers within the business.

**Essential Requirements

Experience of building software at scale
A proven record of accomplishment of building software for enterprise customers
An excellent understanding of how to build software in the cloud
Extensive team leadership capabilities in a scaling business
Strong commercial awareness with experience of generating revenue from a product (Successful launch)
Experience in changing the path of a product

**Desirable Requirements

Participation in fundraising for VC backed companies would be highly advantageous

**Additional information

This is a hybrid role with an expectation that you can join us at our London office 3 days a week

In this meeting, you will meet with existing product managers who will take a deeper dive into your suitability for the role.

The team will discuss your working style along with your leadership qualities amongst other topics

Final Interview:

During this stage you will have an opportunity to meet several senior leaders in the business to gain a broader understanding of the role and company values
