About Us:

We are a London-based green energy construction company specialising in the installation of energy-efficient measures to create a greener future.

As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and installers.
  • Handling and managing paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely lodgements on accreditaion portals.
  • Assisting various departments with administrative tasks to streamline operations.
  • Maintaining organised records of transactions, communications, and other relevant documents.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in keyboarding and data entry
  • Demonstrate polite and professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools.
  • Familiarity with green energy or construction industry practices is a plus.
