Sonomatic RAIS are currently recruiting for a Training & Personnel Coordinator to join our busy Team in Aberdeen.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Training & Certification

  • Maintain inhouse training database.
  • Maintain company SharePoint with copies of certification and other supporting documents.
  • Monitor company database for certifications due for renewal.
  • Arrange recertification and training courses in line with training database requirements and training requests.
  • Arrange Travel & Accommodation for booked training courses.
  • Compile, Track and save all Training Agreements
  • Supporting the build and implementation of training plans for contracts and location.
  • Completion of Personnel Eye Tests.
  • Sonomatic RAIS work in many different scenarios with many different disciplines of people, so we are looking for someone who is inclusive, eager to learn and develop. Knowledge of Microsoft office apps would be preferred.

Recruitment
Assisting All locations with recruitment when sites require to up man for both Ad Hoc & Full-time personnel including, but not limited to:

  • Advertising for personnel
  • Tracking all applicants for each position
  • Scoring & Shortlisting of CVs in line with the positions request form.
  • Sourcing correctly qualified personnel from Ad Hoc Register & Contacting personnel for availability.
  • Arranging Consultancy Agreements

Experience Required

  • Have previous experience in a similar position
  • Be a critical thinker with the ability to solve problems
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to liaise effectively at different levels of the business.
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines while prioritising their workload.
  • Experience in computerbased technology

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
